If you love beef, you'll looove Vietnamese Shaking Beef (known as Bò Lúc Lắc). Chunks of beef tenderloin, browned, then glazed with salty, sweet, buttery and tangy sauce. Using tenderloin makes this recipe nearly foolproof. You want to shoot for rare to medium, but if you go over, it will still be tender, and most importantly, delicious.
